hello people.....new to strongman just started training and would like to get into strongman....i bench 100 kilo squat 150 kilo deadlift 170 kilo and military press 85 kilo i live in Birmingham and would like to start training for strongman...i know Adrian Rollinson only lives 10 miles from me but would like to know where he trains so i could possibly have a training session with him...could somebody please help with a contact number or the name of the gym where he trains any help would be appreciated

make sure you get to Healthlands Bently Bridge Wolverhampton this Sunday for Frazers Top Ten Strongman Competition.
Ade will be there so will Frazer Tranter, Glenn Ross, Pittuck etc etc
