Just a note to say thank you & all the best for the future to everybody I have met whilst competing all too briefly at this great sport, in the last three or four years.

Unfortunately, I am having to stop competing on medical advice due to a bulging disc in my back, and obviously my long term health and fitness has to come first.

Keep up the good work Phil - great website & a tremendous asset to the ever growing popularity of the sport.
