want a log for the back garden roughly around 70k so i can practice lifting it etc with the option loading weights onto it, then store it in the shed. Anyone know any sites? tried Iron Mind no luck. thinking of getting it in 4-5weeks time. Im based in the uk Cheers Si

www.pullumsports.com, or Phil may still be doing them, I think they both start at 80kg/85kg, though. Ben

i made one using a railway sleeper and two dumbell bars all you need is a drill chisel hammer and an hour or two and you have a log! have nailed old tricep bars on each end to add weight pretty it aint but it does the job and don't cost too much!
