Rugby player looking to change sport :)

Hi guys,

I am looking to change my sport from rugby to strongman, i am looking for somewhere in Scotland to train but can't seem to find any, I stay in Livingston near Edinburgh.

Also I'm a bit worried about turning upto one of these places and guys lifting double, maybe even triple what i can.

Can i get any information or advice please?
