Having a week off before competition, resting and eating, one problem what should I be eating ? Can you help please, it's my first comp so I do not know what to do .

If it's a strongman comp then your diet should not change. You still need the calories, protein and carbs. Just keep and eye on your weight.

Cheers. It is a strongman comp. I do not need to increase carbs or anything then just stay the same.

Why increase carbs mate?? you're resting, maybe protein but that's it. You don't won't to put any extra weight on.
