On my days off training [weekends] how much should i eat do i need the same amount of calories and protein. May sound like A STUPID QUESTION but never know unless you ask. All help is grateful.

I eat the same evryday. A little more on sun as thats events day.

Tat70 is right. Your intake of food should at least be the same. I tend to eat a little more protein on my non training day, my theory is that when resting, the body is healing/repairing itself and you need the extra protein. But there is no evidence to suggest I'm right.
