I would suggest on top of your normal 4-6 meals have a homemade weight gain shake twice a day with about 40 grams of protein and between 60-100grams of carbs from a variety of sources and some creatine. You could then stick a couple of sthingys of peanut butter or ice cream in with it.
I will try to find a link to some other recipes for you. I just look at a mars bar and I put on weight!

Up your carbs. I use `turbo milk` when i`m trying to bulk . Mix WATER ICE CREAM COUPLE SCOOPS PROTIEN SKIMMED MILK POWDER. NESQUIK Put it in a 2ltr bottle & sip at it all day. Be careful with the milk powder as its quite rich for your system.Gradualy increase the amount until your using a box a day. Good luck.

When trying to increase weight, you must consider various things. Increasing your carbs is correct, but doing with this with the correct carbs is important.
Remember they are 3 different types of carbohydrate of all which act in a different way. Complex Carbs (pasta, potatoe, flapjacks. Simple Carbs (bananas, apples, sweets) and Fibrous Carbs (Vegetables). All are classed as carbohydrates. For weight gain consume complex carbs late in the evening this will help you to put on the weight. Peanut butter sandwiches is a cheap and very effective way of putting on weight. But remember dont over do it, no point being a big blob with no strength so up your protein also.

Might try some of these ideas myself. First comp coming up and my weight stuck as well. Am fed up spending a fortune on supplements but it's the only way that I can do it as I'm sick and fed up of eating at the moment. I never thought that eating would be a chore. Is it just me or does anyone else feel the same way ??

The Guvnor is spot on, Olive oil is high in monounsaturated fat which reduces heart disease and cholesterol levels. I mix olive oil with a little salad cream and me 4 tins of tuna.
StevieB You shouldnt be spending that much on supplements. There are 2 I take religously, protein shakes and amino acids. You should also be taking some for joint care and vitamin C especially during the winter months for your immune system.
Your diet and resting is more important than training itself. Anyone can go into a gym and lift weights it does not require a great deal of discipline. Eating the right food at the right time and making sure you get enough rest is far more important, especially if you are a natural lifter(no steroids)
My saying is: EAT THE WAY YOU TRAIN-----TRAIN THE WAY YOU EAT
