Hi I'm after a bit of advice Ive been weight training now for about three years and have made what i think have been pretty good gains. Ive recently found a strongman gym and really wanna start training. Im just wondering if I'm gonna make a prat of myself. I'm about 5"6/5"7 I'm about 88kg but i would say my lifts are ok for my weight/height. My dead-lift is around 250kg and my bench is 160kg. I train harder than anyone i know but i just don't wanna turn up and make a prat of myself. Any advice would be helpful

I have a lad that comes to me who is trying to get in the under 90kg's class if it starts up.

I`m sure Andy Cairney trains somewhere in Edinburgh.
DAWC or something like that mate.

I`ve seen vids of Lee Allan training there & his mate Jnr.
Lee is a real nice bloke.
Give it a whirl mate.
Looks a great place to train.
