The venue for London's Strongest Man is:
Oakdale Junior School Oakdale Road South Woodford London E18 1JX
There will be an entry fee of £15 per athlete, T-shirts will be provided. All proceeds to go to the school funds.
The field has been opened up to an absolute maximum of 14 athletes in each category, so thats novice and under 105kg on Saturday 5th July and open and intermediate on Sunday 6th July.
Calling all under 105kg athletes, please sign up ASAP, you have been asking for this competition so get your names down NOW!

i have registered for the U/105 class
i have a couple of questions on the rules is the deadlift a standard bar and is bouncing allowed?
is the logpress each rep from the ground or from the shoulders?
what distance are the yolk and farmers?
and lastly what height will the stones be loaded to?

lol cant answer your questions as im not involved in running it. best I can suggest is to ring lawrence. Im doing the 105s too so ill see you there!

all classe's will now compete on the sunday with a maximum of 10 per class
the deadlift is a standard bar no bouncing no straps
the log each rep from the floor
stones will probably be onto barrels or a 54 inch platform
