Julie did well, she smoked them all in the Yolk! Cannot wait till they show it on tv. I hope Jackie is ok though?

hi everyone
had a great time! really enjoyed it and the competition went well! only really messed up one event and that was squats also lost a rep in the deadlift (not waiting for a command!) so next year i hope to get on the podium.
glenn i've got a great photo of hugo with dougies hat on! probably the last person to wear it! also got some of you dancing! ha ha ha
jackie hurt her achillies pretty bad in the yoke, but she was good to me and charged me up for the farmers (nice lady)
terry let me know if you lot are going out to the littern tree sat night i pop down and tell you some stories.
