Comps in the Midlands area

Hi folks,

I moved to Derbyshire at the end of July and am looking to find a good source for competitions around the midlands area. Last comp I did was the All-Hallows in Kent and I know there are a fair few along the South Coast, but this is a little to far to travel on a regular basis. So if anyone knows of any comps, or who I could contact about comps in the Midland area I'd be grateful.

What kind of gym lifts are you looking at to make a decent showing in the contest?

this year we had 100kg farmers 85kg log 200kg deadlift next year may be a little heavier but not a lot . so you can work it out from there!
