never mind are you doing 105 down south i am doing midlands hard getting weight down got 2 lose 4lb more lost 7lb all ready any advise getting it off an keeping power

Yes mate i`m doing it on sunday.
I`ve got a few minor injuries but
am feeling fairly good.
