as i have not got as many entrys as i was expecting for the 105 comp i am going to run an open comp alongside the 105's
log 120kg reps from floor
axle deadlift 270 12'' to bar from floor
150kg farmers 40m
360 yolk 20m
160 stone to 48" all events 75s limit
maximum 6 athletes i need at least 4 entrants to make it worth my time effort etc £10 entry fee first come first served
