im turnin 18 soon and for my birthday im wanting to enter a novice 105kg comp i just want to know how i actually enter any help please

You find a comp that you like the look of, contact the organiser and ask for an application form, fill that in and hopefully you will get a place.

There aren`t really any novice U105`s comps mate.
Try a novice 1 first.
